Return shipping costs are not covered by Donna Carolina. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items — giving you enough time to try them on and decide if they’re right for you.
How to Return Your Products
The returned item(s) must arrive at our warehouse within the 30-day period.
Please return the shoes unworn, in their original box, wrapped in the provided tissue paper to prevent shipping damage. Seal the parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office.
Returns within the EU (except Cyprus, Malta, the UK, and Switzerland):
A return label is already included in your package. Attach it to the box and send the item(s) back. Once we receive your return, we'll refund the amount minus the return shipping costs for your country.

To exchange an item for another size or color, contact us at customers@donnacarolina.it. We'll send a return label and ship the replacement once we've received your return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
