Delivery times depend on your shipping destination and will be shown at checkout.As a guideline:
- EU: 2–3 business days
- All other countries: Up to 7 business days
We usually process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link and estimated delivery date.
Please note that during busy periods (e.g. sale or holidays), shipping may take slightly longer.Unexpected events like weather disruptions or technical updates may also impact delivery — but we always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
As soon as your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your personal tracking number.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team within 30 days of placing your order.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to file claims for lost shipments after this 30-day period.
All orders are currently shipped from Italy.
Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items – please make sure the return reaches us within this timeframe.
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached, to avoid delays or rejected returns.
You can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that returns must be sent back at your own responsibility and within this timeframe.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Returns are subject to a return shipping fee. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with further instructions.
- After your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

If you wish to exchange an item, simply email us at customers@donnacarolina.it.
We’ll send you a return label, and once we’ve received the original item, we’ll ship the requested size or style as an exchange.
