Returns & Refund

Return shipping costs are not covered by Donna Carolina. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items — giving you enough time to try them on and decide if they’re right for you.

How to Return Your Products

If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. Please log in to your customer account on our website to start the return process.

  1. Log in to your account using the same email address used during checkout
  2. Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Submit your return request. Once approved, you will receive further instructions by email.

If you’d like to exchange your item for another size or style, you can email us at customers@donnacarolina.it directly. In this case, we will send you a return label and ship the replacement once we receive your return.

Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered by Donna Carolina. The returned item(s) must arrive at our warehouse within the 30-day period.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items — giving you enough time to try them on and decide if they’re right for you.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • Products must now show signs of wear or use.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us at customers@donnacarolina.it before initiating the return.
