Return shipping costs are not covered by Donna Carolina. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items — giving you enough time to try them on and decide if they’re right for you.

How to Return Your Products
The returned item(s) must arrive at our warehouse within the 30-day period.
Please return the shoes unworn in their original box and wrap them in the provided tissue paper to prevent any damage during shipping. Close the parcel securely and drop it off at your nearest post office.
Returns within the EU (except Cyprus, Malta, the UK, and Switzerland):
A return label is already included in your package for all EU countries. Simply attach the label to the box and send the item(s) back to us. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the amount minus the return shipping costs applicable to your country.
Returns from the UK, Switzerland, Malta and Cyprus:

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or color, feel free to contact us directly at customers@donnacarolina.it. We will send you a return label and ship the replacement item once we have received your return.
If there is no return label included in your package, please contact us via email customers@donnacarolina.it.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
